require an enthusiastic locally based person to join our Heatleys team in the role
of internal sales and customer service and to provide support for our external
sales team.
Knowledge
of the products and markets that Heatleys supply and service would be an
advantage however not a prerequisite.
An

Canning Vale Branch - Internal Sales Officer

growing companies in the state. We require the services of an experienced
internal sales person who has good knowledge of the associated markets that
Heatleys service.
This position offers the successful candidate a great
opportunity to expand their sales skills by dealing with quality products and
clients. the position involves managing inbound sales enquiries in a
professional manner. As the successful candidate you will:
Be the first point of contact for clients seeking quotes for the supply of
products via the telephone, email or fax. Prepare, forward and follow up on
quotations based on company pricing policies. Provide feedback to clients on
the progress of orders. Deal with all client calls and enquiries professionally
and diligently.
The successful applicant will possess the following :
Sales experience in an industrial, safety or engineering environment. Excellent
interpersonal skills both face to face and via the telephone.
